Britney Spears Mental Condition

Isn't there anyone who is close to Britney Spears that can help her get adequate help. This means long term help that will allow her to work through her issues. Meanwhile, everyone voyeuristically watches her self destruct. I guarantee all the TV exposure, tabloids, gossip does nothing to help Britney Spears on any other Hollywood star get better. It's like we hound them into even getting worse. When did this start happening? Pathetic.
