The Secret is the amazingly successful book on how to get anything you want in life based on the Law of Attraction. The secret about the secret is one that many have understood over the years. When you put out certain vibes you get certain things in return. If you're positive guess what you're more likely to get in return. If you do something in life you love then you're more likely to feel successful.

One thing to look out for in The Secret: you cannot wish yourself into anything, it takes sustained action over time.

A problem with The Secret that comes to mind is that it moves people away from the basics of being successful which include hard work and dedication and shifts it to the lure of easy success and, of course, money.
