Staying Connected

What would happen if some of these hyper-connected, constantly texting, compulsively talking on the cell phone people slowed down for a moment. They might have to face their pathetic, empty shell of a being. Or they could work on making themselves a better person without always having to be in contact with others.

Boy do I love having to slow down and avoid accidents with someone who is more interested in talking on the phone than driving. Adds more pleasure to my commute.
